When I try to login, the page says,
Either your user name or password is not correct. Please try again!
Be sure that you have typed your login name and password correctly. If you still can’t login, or you forgot your user name or password, click on Click here to login below to return to the previous page and then click on Forgot your password?
When I try to login, the page says, Your user account has been disabled!
You will need to contact the IC Help Desk to re-activate your account

When I Update Security Preferences, I can't save the page and complete the process.
I've entered my new password twice and the old one once, and I can't save the page and complete the process.
Your password must be a complex one--the "thermometer bar" to the right of your new password cannot be yellow or gold, it has to be green (i.e., 100%).
Please note that an unsuccessful login attempt will inform you that information about your browser, IP address, and the failed attempt has been logged in the system.
This is part of system security to prevent and document unauthorized access attempts.
